Thank you so very much for your follow-up e-mail and your sincere - always there - assistance, it is very much appreciated.
Nissan called me on Saturday to take a survey on my experience at your dealership. I told her how impressed and overwhelmed I felt about the awesome treatment and excellent expertise I received from you, Neil and Fred. It was the first time in my life that I bought a new car by myself. My life has changed drastically this year since my husband of 50 years passed away and find I second guess myself about making decisions that I never had to do alone before. Buying a car at Nissan of St. Charles was the first big decision that I didn't have any qualms about. Thank you and the others so very much for making me feel confident and comfortable.
I also want to tell you how impressed I was when I took the car into your service area for the first time to have the protective finishes put on. The shop area was so spotless you could have eaten off the floor and when I was told when bringing a car in for servicing, you don't park in the lot, you pull right into the service area, I couldn't believe what I was hearing - gosh, what royal treatment and then to have a replacement car ready and waiting was an amazing experience in itself.. Sorry to ramble, but as you can see I am impressed with Nissan of St. Charles.

The 2004 Murano that I purchased new @ Nissan of St. Charles IS MY OFFICE. With just under 200,000 miles on the odometer, I feel I have “taken advantage” of the Service Department with the lifetime oil change program!
I feel sorry for Tony and Robb every time I pull up to the service door, especially when I pass all those lube joints that are offering their $19.95+ specials—NO I DON’T!!! The lifetime oil program was the smartest thing I have done in a long time—think of it, about 65 free oil changes and a chance to have all the car maintenance items checked over and analyzed by “the crew”. They have kept me going nicely, thank you.
The courtesy and competent auto mechanics seem to be on a mission to keep me safely on the road for the last 5 years. We want to write you again after ¼ million miles and have the same report. I thought I was the only one they treated so professionally—BUT I WAS WRONG. It seems they treat everyone just like me from listening to the other customers waiting for their babies to be serviced.
My next vehicle will be a VERSA (bought from Nissan of St. Charles) when I retire. Thank you for saving me money running my office.
